Chronology (Earth)
Earth's history is by far the most complex chronology encountered in the Doctor Who universe, because most stories are set there, and also because events in the Doctor Who universe happen around and in between the events we experience in the real world, even though they are not the same.
It is a convention of Doctor Who that historical events prior to 1963 are largely the same in real life as those recorded in the history books. History between 1963 and the present day is more complex, as real historical events may often be contradicted in a story, only to be shown to have happened in another.
Earth's history brings together a number of timelines that, amongst others, include those of the Cybermen, the Earth Reptiles, Sarah-Jane Smith, Shakespeare, Torchwood and UNIT.
