Actinon is a planet which first appeared in the Doctor Who magazine comic strip

Location
Actinon is a non-technologically advanced "Galactic Backwater" situated on the outer fringe of the Milky Way close to the outlying worlds of the Draconian Empire.
Inhabitants
Actinon is inhabited by viking-like humanoids and troll-like humanoids that live in rural settlement and walled cities and dinosaur-like camels. It is occasionally visited by humans and draconians.
History
Not known. In the 26th century Actinon lies in the middle of a disputed border between the Earth and Draconian Empires.
Environment
A hot but beautiful world with rolling hills and beautiful landscapes
